We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and a strong understanding of food safety protocols, including HACCP. This role is crucial in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

If so we would love to hear from you, we are recruiting operatives in our food production unit. The unit is based at our Loanhead butchery and manufacturers a range of products including sausages and burgers along with a variety of other Scottish favourites.

As a member of the team, you will be involved in either the manufacturing or packing process. Full training will be provided but if you have had similar experience in a food production environment it would be advantageous. In addition to a competitive hourly rate we also offer a commission package, staff discounts on our range of products including our very own J Browns Craft Butchery, along with both part-time and full time-flexible working.
